Anyone whose income is less than EUR 1,200 net per month can become a guest (plus EUR 300 for each child living in the household).
Including:
- Individuals receiving unemployment benefits (Arbeitslosengeld I)
- Individuals receiving unemployment benefits (Arbeitslosengeld-II/Bürgergeld)
- Non- working individuals, who receive basic income/basic social security pension (Grundsicherung)
- Pensioners
- Holders of the Dresden-Pass (Front- & Backsite) or Tafelausweis (Tafel pass/credentials)
- Individuals entitled through the Asylum Seekers‘ Benefits Law (Asylbewerberleistungsgesetz)
- Individuals receiving housing allowance (Wohngeld) in accordance to the pertaining law (Wohngeldgesetz)(WoGG)

- Unemployment benefits statement (ALG I und ALG II/Bürgergeld)
- Basic income statement(Grundsicherung)
- Pension statement (Rentenbescheid)
- Dresden-Pass
- Tafel-Ausweis
- Housing allowance statement (Wohngeldbescheide)
- Notices in accordance with the Asylum Seekers‘ Benefits Law (Asylbewerber-Leistungsgesetz)
